* Expertise in HCM modules mainly Core HR, SSHR and Payroll.
* Experience in at least 2 end to end Fusion implementation, including mobile application and dash boards configuration.
* Having a moderate knowledge of eBusiness suite release 12 will help in understanding the current business solution and mapping of the SaaS and PaaS
* Experience in Application implementation life cycle, Setup Task.
* Must have experience in configuration all SaaS components Enterprise structures, Work Force Structures, Workforce Lifecycle, Role Base Access Control, Approval Management, personalization, etc.
* Having experience in Extracts, Fast formulas, Integrations, Data conversion and OTBI reports.
* Experience in preparing quality functional documents.
* End-to-End testing of Business Processes in all the HR modules.
